French investors ready to invest in interesting projects in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, Apr. 11, 2019 / Kabar /. Kyrgyz Economy Minister Oleg Pankratov met yesterday with Ambassador of France to the Kyrgyz Republic Michael Roux.
The press service of the Ministry of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic reported that the sides discussed the upcoming visit of Secretary of State to the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs Jean-Baptiste Lemoine to Kyrgyzstan, which is planned for April 19 of this year.
The ambassador said that Lemoine will complete the Central Asian tour with a visit to Kyrgyzstan. Secretary of State oversees issues of economy, tourism and international cooperation.
Michael Roux also said that French investors are ready to invest in interesting investment projects in Kyrgyzstan in the field of renewable energy sources, construction of infrastructure facilities, production of biometric passports, etc.
The Kyrgyz Minister of Economy reported that the CIS countries and China are actively developing trade and economic relations with Kyrgyzstan, being the main investors in recent years. In this regard, Kyrgyzstan will be glad to see investors coming from a European country like France.
