Safe City speed camera damaged by shooting: Police

AKIPRESS.COM - Police confirmed that the speed camera installed on the Bishkek-Torugart road as part of the Safe City project was shot by the unknown. Investigation is under way, police said.
State IT committee said the camera worked in a test mode. Only after testing the camera starts full operation, the statement said.
The damaged camera was replaced by the new camera, which records moving violations, the committee said.
