Population of Uzbekistan exceeds 33.37 million

AKIPRESS.COM - Permanent population of Uzbekistan made 33,375,800 people by April 1, having grown for 120,300 people or by 0.4%, the State Statistics Committee reports.
Urban population made 16.865 million people (50.5% of country population), rural population made 16.51 million people (49.5%).
People under working age made 30.4%, working age population made 59.5% and people above working age make 10.1%.
