17.7 billion soms envisaged for health care in 2019: PM

AKIPRESS.COM - 17.7 billion soms will be allocated from the state budget for health care sector in 2019, said Prime Minister Muhamedkaliy Abilgaziyev delivering a report of the government for 2018 to the parliament.
Healthy Person - Developed Nation program has been adopted for 2019-2030 years. Average monthly wage grew from 15,300 to 27,400 soms [in healthcare sector], he noted.
17 hospitals were equipped for $17.2 million in 2018, he said.
5 health objects were renovated or built for 147.9 million soms in 2018.
21 obstetric centers and 3 centers of family medicine were constructed, hemodialysis centers opened in Bishkek and Osh.
Construction of a Kyrgyz-Turkish friendship hospital was completed.
