MP calls conclusion of Constitutional Chamber on unconstitutionality of court system report ‘blow for Parliament’

AKIPRESS.COM - The Constitutional Chamber has found consideration of the report on work of the court system by the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan unconstitutional, MP Kanybek Imanaliev (Ata Meken) said in Parliament today. "This is big blow for the Parliament. We need to instruct the parliamentary committee for constitutional legislation to consider this issue," the lawmaker said.
