11 people elected as directors of Centerra

AKIPRESS.COM - Centerra Gold Inc. announces that the 11 nominees listed in the management information circular for its 2019 annual meeting of shareholders held on May 1 were elected as directors of Centerra.
The vote for director nominees was conducted by ballot. 256,671,384 shares were represented at the meeting, representing 87.76% of Centerra's issued and outstanding common shares.
Dushen Kasenov and Maksat Kobonbaev were elected as directors from Kyrgyzstan. Askar Oskombayev has earlier been in the list. The detailed results of the vote for the election of directors are set out below:
Earlier, Kyrgyzstan was represented by Bektur Sagynov and Eduard Kubatov at the board of directors of the company.
