Bishkek hosts chatity bycicle race

Bishkek, May 12, 2019. /Kabar/.The charity marathon "Sport for the Good" took place in Bishkek, the press service of the Kyrgyzstan Red Crescent reported.
The collected funds will be used to support the social center for graduates of orphanages in Tokmok town.
The total number of participants of the marathon is 200 cyclists.
The General Directorate of Traffic Safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs has organized a safe road for the cycle tower. Participants started from the Park on the South Gate to the Old Square. The distance was a total of 6 km.
The Red Crescent began a construction of a social center for graduates of orphanages on the basis of the Tokmok branch in 2019, which will provide them with temporary shelter, and the staff will help adolescents step by step to overcome difficulties on their way to independent living.
Thus, a charity bicycle race became an excellent opportunity, first of all, to draw public attention to the further integration of graduates of orphanages.
