Jinan hosts China-Central Asia Cooperation Forum

Jinan, May 13, 2019. /Kabar/. A dialogue on interregional cooperation of the 4th China-Central Asia Cooperation Forum was launched in Jinan city, Shandong Province, in which the delegation of Kyrgyzstan takes part.
"The Central Asian countries are located in the middle of the Eurasian continent, called the heart of the Silk Road, which connects the West and East path. Grapes, pomegranates, harps, and more — all of these things passed along the Silk Road route," said Chen Fengxiang, the Member of the Standing Committee of the 13th National People's Congress, the Chairman of the Chinese Central Asian countries Friendship Society. Today's forum is a practical step for the implementation of agreements, particularly in the business cooperation area."
The Chinese People’s Friendship Society organized the event for the purpose of regional cooperation and non-governmental exchanges between the People's Republic of China and the five Central Asian countries.
Governor of Naryn Oblast Amanbay Kayipov, Counselor of the Kyrgyz Embassy in China, Permanent Representative of the Kyrgyz Republic to the SCO Secretariat Jyldyz Kozhobekova, Head of At-Bashy Regional State Administration Zhakypbek Subagozhoev, and also private entrepreneur from Naryn Oblast Kylichbek Ysamambetov represented Kyrgyzstan at the forum.
The signing of a memorandum on the establishment of brotherly relations between Naryn Oblast and Shanxi Province is expected.
