16th Meeting of Ministers of Culture of SCO member states kicks off in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, May 15, 2019 / Kabar /. The 16th Meeting of the Ministers of Culture of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization member states is taking place in Bishkek.
The participants will discuss the state and prospects in the field of cultural development on the implementation of the agreement between the Governments of the SCO member states.
Also they will discuss the issue of inclusion of objects of cultural heritage in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
The meeting is attended by the Minister of Culture of Tajikistan Orumbek Shamsudin Shodibek, First Deputy Minister of Culture of Uzbekistan Ozodbek Nazarbekov, Vice Minister of Culture and Sports of Kazakhstan Aktota Raimkulova, Deputy Minister of Culture of Russia Nikolay Ovsienko, member of the governing structure of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of China Wang Xiofeng, Deputy Minister of Culture of India Sri Arun Goel and SCO Deputy Secretary General Xie Xiaoyun.
