Revenues of non-bank financial institutions in 2018 amounted to 5.6 billion soms

AKIPRESS.COM - Kyrgyzstan has 626 non-bank financial institutions working in the country, said Svetlana Valuyskaya, Chief Specialist of the Department of Finance Statistics.
191 of them are microcredit organizations, 296 pawnshops, 138 credit union, and 1 specialized financial institution.
4,000 people are employed by the non-bank financial institutions.
The non-bank financial institutions have 267 branches across the country.
The number of clients of non-bank financial institutions both private individuals and legal entities amounted to 450,800.
Revenues of non-bank financial institutions in 2018 amounted to 5.6 billion soms growing by 29% year on year.
