ADB to provide $200 million loan to Uzbekistan for mortgage market development

AKIPRESS.COM - The Ministry of Finance of Uzbekistan in cooperation with the Asian Development Bank has prepared a concept of the mortgage market development program. The Asian Development Bank will provide a $200 million loan for creation of a sustainable long-term mortgage financing system, Interfax reports.
The Finance Ministry will set up a mortgage refinancing company with the charter capital of $2.96 million.
