Kazakhstan invested $450 million in Georgia

AKIPRESS.COM - Kazakhstan is one of main investors of Georgian economy, President of Kazakhstan Kasym-Jomart Tokayev said at the meeting with Prime Minister of Georgia Mamuka Bakhtadze. Investments exceeded $450 million, he said.
Prospects of cooperation in trade, economic, tourist, investment and humanitarian spheres were considered at the meeting.
"We see Georgia as a friendly state, there are no any problems between us. Our delegations actively cooperation in international organizations. Kazakhstan has the Georgian diaspora of around 60,000. I think your visit will give impetus to further development of bilateral cooperation," Kasym-Jomart Tokayev told Mamuka Bakhtadze.
