Ex-Chairman of the Board of Ayil Bank OJSC Murat Akimov was arrested in Bishkek. Law enforcement agencies informed 24.kg news agency.
A criminal case related to his activities at the bank is investigated by the Department of the State Service for Combatting Economic Crimes for Bishkek.
Press service of the financial police has not yet commented on arrest of the banker.
