AKIPRESS.COM - Ex-Health Minister of Kyrgyzstan Dinara Saginbayeva was transferred to the remand prison #1, the court said.
Saginbayeva was arrested as part of the probe into illegal freeing of crime boss Aziz Batukayev in 2013.
Batukayev was sentenced to 16.8 years in prison on August 3, 2006. He was prematurely released from prison in 2013 because of the leukemia diagnosis, which turned out to be fake. Soon after he fled the country, he was declared internationally wanted.
