Kyrgyzstan wants to establish diplomatic ties with Bolivia

AKIPRESS.COM - President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbai Jeenbekov approved draft joint communique of Kyrgyzstan with Bolivia on establishment of diplomatic ties.
Permanent Representative of Kyrgyzstan to the UN based in New York is authorized to sign a Joint Communiqué.
The document is based on the the provisions of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations of April 18, 1961, the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations of April 24, 1963 and principles of the United Nations Charter.
