Bishkek, May 24, 2019. /Kabar/. The OSCE Programme Office in Bishkek handed over 150 sets of computer equipment designed to work with Unified System of Violations electronic database, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported.
Today the Central office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic hosted a handover ceremony.
Deputy Prime Minister Jenish Razakov, Ambassador Pierre von Arx, Minister of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Kashkar Dzhunushaliev, deputy internal ministers and heads of Central office services and departments took part in solemn handover ceremony.
"The OSCE is a major supporter of ongoing judicial reform, both in training law enforcement officials and in providing technical and expert support. The OSCE Programme Office's contribution to ongoing judicial and legal reform is undoubtedly significant. In addition, I would like to note that the provided equipment is planned to be distributed among the internal affairs agencies throughout the country," Deputy Prime Minister Razakov said.
Dzhunushaliev also thanked Ambassador Pierre von Arx, as well as the OSCE Programme Office in Bishkek for the constructive cooperation and support provided to the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
