Jeenbekov takes part in SEEC anniversary meeting in Nur-Sultan

Nur-Sultan, May 29, 2019. /Kabar/. A jubilee meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council (SEEC) took place at the Independence Palace in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan.
The meeting began with a welcoming ceremony and a joint photo session.
Then the heads of state and government moved to the hall to participate in the meeting of the SEEC in the narrow composition.
In accordance with the program the extended format meeting will be held then.
Opening the SEEC meeting, Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev noted that the meeting of the SEEC is timed to coincide with two dates - the 25th anniversary of the idea of the first President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev on the Eurasian integration and the 5th anniversary of the signing of the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).
The Kazakh leader also wished his colleagues fruitful and productive work.
As a result of the meeting adoption the joint statement by the members of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council, which testifies to the success and achievements of the union is expected.
Presidents of Kazakhstan - Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, Kyrgyzstan - Sooronbay Jeenbekov, Russia - Vladimir Putin, Belarus - Alexander Lukashenko, Prime Minister of Armenia - Nikol Pashinyan, as well as First president of Kazakhstan – Leader of Nation Nursultan Nazarbayev take part the meeting.
Moldova, headed by President Igor Dodon takes part as an observer country, Tajik President Emomali Rahmon and Chairman of the Commonwealth of Independent Countries (CIS) Executive Committee Sergey Lebedev were invited as a honorary guests.ф
