Bishkek, May 29, 2019. /Kabar/. An electronic database of children in difficult life situations has been created under the Ministry of Labour and Social Development of the Kyrgyz Republic. The initiative was implemented on behalf of Deputy Prime Minister Altynay Omurbekova.
According to the press service of the Kyrgyz Government, the database was developed with the technical support of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) in the Kyrgyz Republic.
Additional software for the database of children in difficult life situations will be integrated with the Tunduk electronic system for interdepartmental cooperation in order to effectively identify children in difficulty, provide them with timely and necessary assistance from public and local authorities and public organizations, and action to arrange for their placement, and carry out preventive work with them.
Territorial public authorities will have the opportunity to enter or upload information on the identified child from any location with access to the Internet.
The system developed on the basis of the introduced circumstances of a difficult life situation by means of automation forms the project of the Individual plan of the child’s protection who is in a difficult life situation, and his family.
