Bishkek, June 3, 2019. /Kabar/. Minister of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Kashkar Dzhunushaliyev on June 1 together with the other heads of delegation attending the meeting of the Commonwealth Independent States (CIS) Council of Ministers of Internal Affairs visited the 7th Department of Internal Affairs of the Yunusabad district of Tashkent.
The Safe City project was launched in the capital of Uzbekistan in 2018 and includes three stages of implementation.
Uzbek colleagues showed the guests the organization of the Safe City Situation Management Centre, where the actions of traffic and fire safety, patrol and other services are coordinated with the use of geoinformation technologies.
In addition, a project of public intellectual parking for motor vehicles is being implemented in Tashkent.
Organizers told the heads of the internal affairs ministries how the round-the-clock patrolling by the forces and means of the ministry, the National Guard and the public is being implemented within the project.
Dzhunushaliyev expressed interest in the work in the system of a unified deployment of crews of the patrol service, road patrol service, special units, fire and ambulance services, as well as other innovations of Uzbek colleagues, including the introduction of new mechanisms of interaction with the public in addressing pressing problems of citizens, prevention of illegal acts in the 7th Department of Internal Affairs of the Yunusabad district of Tashkent.
The meeting of the CIS Council of Ministers of Internal Affairs was held on May 31 in Tashkent with the participation of the heads of internal affairs ministries of Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan.
