Turkish ambassador to Kyrgyzstan summoned to Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Bishkek, June 6, 2019. /Kabar/. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic presented note of protest to Ambassador of Turkey to Kyrgyzstan Cengiz Kamil Firat, the press service of the ministry reported.
Turkish Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan Cengiz Kamil Firat was summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic on June 6, 2019.
The Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry presented protest note to the Turkish side in connection with the presence of Ambassador Cengiz Kamil Firat, on June 5 in Orok village, Sokuluk region, in the course of the work of Kyrgyz law enforcement and local authorities with the population to settle the domestic conflict between citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The ministry asked the ambassador of Turkey not to interfere in the internal affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, to show restraint and respect for the national legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
