Bishkek, June 8, 2019./Kabar/. Each sentence in the book, concerning good-neighbourly diplomacy, finds a lively feedback in the heart of the Kyrgyz reader, President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sooronbay Jeenbekov said in his keynote speech at the presentation of the book "On State Governance" by President of China Xi Jinping.
"The most important thing for us is that Mr. Xi Jinping has been able to convey his vision of the border states development, especially the neighboring states in Central Asia.
The book emphasizes that the main value of the modern world is to live in peace and harmony, to respect the chosen path of each neighboring state," he said.
The Kyrgyz leader said that Xi Jinping in his book also stresses that currently there are rare opportunities for the development of China and Central Asian countries. The Chinese President writes: "Together with the Central Asian countries, we will be able to strengthen mutual trust, strengthen traditional friendship, promote cooperation, become a support for joint development and prosperity, and ensure the well-being of the peoples of all countries."
"I fully support Mr. Xi Jinping’s opinion that "in addressing national independent issues, its territorial integrity, security and stability, we are ready to cooperate actively and smoothly with Russia and the countries of Central Asia, tirelessly work to achieve harmony in the region."
The book also clearly reflects the essence of Mr. Xi Jinping's Beld and Road Initiative," he said.
"While many centuries ago the ancient Silk Road united continents, today the Belt and Road Initiative unites all mainlands and peoples of the globe," he concluded.
