19 violations recorded during election in Kazakhstan, Prosecutor's Office says

AKIPRESS.COM - Some 19 violations were recorded in Kazakhstan during the vote, Deputy Prosecutor General Bulat Dembayev said, Tengrinews.kz reports. Violations were fixed in the cities of Nur-Sultan, Almaty, Atyrau, Kyzylorda, Mangystau and Turkestan regions, according to him.
"These are illegal campaigning, issuing citizens with several ballots, ballot-stuffing in two polling stations," Dembayev told a briefing at the Central Election Commission.
Prosecutors filed 18 administrative cases, including on issuing several ballots, voting in two or more polls, he noted.
"All materials were sent to the court. The election commission members were suspended".
