Makmal Gold Company LLC receives first tranche in amount of $1 mln

Bishkek, June 11, 2019. /Kabar/. The Manson Group LLC founder transferred the first tranche in the amount of $1 million to implementation Makmal Gold Company LLC project, the press service of the Kyrgyz Gold OJSC reported.
Kyrgyz Gold OJSC and the winner of the contest Manson Group LLC on Mar. 27, 2019 signed an agreement aimed at creating a joint venture on the basis of the branch Makmal Gold Plant within the framework of the Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic on declaring of 2018 as the year of development of regions and the Unity Trust Creation plan of the Kyrgyz Government.
As of today, the procedure of transferring the assets of Makmal Gold Plant branch of Kyrgyz Gold OJSC to the authorized capital of the joint venture is in progress.
The Makmal Gold plant is the main production unit of Kyrgyz Gold OJSC. It is located in the Toguz-Torou region of Jalal-Abad Oblast of the Kyrgyz Republic
21.7 tons of gold were produced during the 10-year period of the plant’s project activity.
