Jeenbekov: Political cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Mongolia reaches new level

Bishkek, June 12, 2019. / Kabar /. "Political cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Mongolia is reaching a new level of cooperation," said Kyrgyz President Sooronbay Jeenbekov during an extended format talks with Mongolian head Khaltmaagiyn Battulga.
The Kyrgyz President noted the need to develop bilateral cooperation in trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres.
The President stressed that the opening of the Embassy of Mongolia in Kyrgyzstan will help to unleash the potential of cooperation between the countries and bring them to a qualitatively new level.
"For our part, we are working on the issue of opening a diplomatic mission in Mongolia. In the near future, we are planning to open an Honorary Consulate in Ulan Bator," said Jeenbekov.
The President of Mongolia arrived in Kyrgyzstan for an official visit. He will also take part in the SCO Summit as an observer country.
