Bishkek, June 12, 2019. / Kabar /. Kyrgyz Ambassador to Kazakhstan Zheenbek Kulubayev took part in the inauguration ceremony of Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. The ceremony was held in the Palace of Independence in Nur-Sultan with the participation of the First President - Elbasy Nursultan Nazarbayev, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
During the ceremony, Kasym-Jomart Tokayev put his right hand on the Constitution of Kazakhstan and took the oath to the people of the country:
"I solemnly swear to faithfully serve the people of Kazakhstan, strictly follow the Constitution and the laws of Kazakhstan, guarantee the rights and freedoms of citizens, and conscientiously fulfill the high duties assigned to me by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan."
Chairman of the Central Election Commission of Kazakhstan Berik Imashev presented him a certificate of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
At the ceremony President Tokayev made a program speech, where he outlined the main directions of the development of the country during his tenure as President of Kazakhstan.
Deputies of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, members of the Constitutional Council, judges of the Supreme Court, ministers, as well as the diplomatic corps accredited in Kazakhstan were invited to the solemn event.
