Regulation on Unified Training System in Civil Protection approved in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, June 13, 2019. /Kabar/. Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Mukhammedkalyi Abylgaziev has signed the previously approved Regulation on the Unified System of Training of management bodies and Civil protection forces and the population in the field of civil protection, the Government's press service reported.
This decision was taken in order to improve the training of management bodies and civil protection forces and the population in the field of civil protection.
Training is mandatory and is conducted by the Centre for Training and Retraining Specialists of Civil Protection under the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic at the place of work, study and residence of citizens.
Lecturers of the Centre can go out to settlements and organizations in order to cover as much as possible different groups of the population.
Training during the first year of work is mandatory for persons, appointed for the first time to positions related to responsibilities in civil protection.
The programs approved by the state authorized body of the Kyrgyz Republic in civil protection will train the population.
