Bishkek, June 13, 2019. / Kabar /. The 12th meeting of the Youth Council of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, under the chairmanship of the Kyrgyz Republic in the SCO has started in Bishkek.
The agenda of the event is to discuss issues of interaction within the organization, as well as identifying priorities for further development and plans for 2019-2020.
Head of the national part of the Kyrgyz Republic Taalaibek Dayirbekov shared that the chairmanship of Kyrgyzstan in the youth meeting of the SCO was noted by the Assembly held on Hainan Island.
"This event was an important event in the SCO space," said Dayirbekov. - Today we will discuss topics such as a report on the work done by the National Parts, plans for 2019-2020. There is one more item on the agenda on accepting the youth of Pakistan to the SCO Youth Council, we are also preparing the address to our senior colleagues." He added that the SCO Secretary General himself will take part in the meeting.
Over the past 10 years, the SCO Youth Council made a great contribution to the development of the youth of the SCO countries, such an opinion was expressed by the head of the national part of China Dong Xia.
"At the SCO Summit in China, the heads of the SCO member states specifically voiced an appeal to the youth. This is the first time in the history of the SCO that the heads of the SCO member states discuss a document on youth. This time, we will discuss issues such as promoting youth entrepreneurship, development, and others," she concluded.
The head of the national part of Russia, Denis Kravchenko, assured that they had reviewed the above-mentioned address and prepared a detailed plan for its implementation. "Among our new initiatives: the creation in the SCO space of business incubators of the development of the business environment, as well as the realization of "impressions". We constantly hold forums and conferences, but there will be novelty in the field of scientific and technical creative invention," he added.
