Tashkent, June 14, 2019. /Kabar/. Kyrgyz delegation consisting of 15 persons, headed by coordinator Nurlan Kyshtobayev is taking part in the VI Regional Forum "Central Asia, Mongolia, Caucasus and Afghanistan" in Tashkent under the motto: "CAMCA: Common Interests, Common Aspirations".
Talant Sultanov, a member of the Kyrgyz delegation, head of the Internet Society public foundation, said that the issues discussed at the forum, such as regional trade, transport and transit, investment attraction, development of regional economic and business relations, entrepreneurship and innovations, human capital, education, tourism and mass media, in the CAMCA states are of great importance for further development of Kyrgyzstan.
Dr. Frederick Starr, Chairman of the Central Asia-Caucasus Institute, said that over the past six years, the CAMCA Forum has become a platform for meetings of young leaders, representatives of the business community, states, media and civil society from all countries of Central Asia and the Caucasus.
More than 80 leading regional and international experts are taking part in the forum. The event is organized by the members of the CAMCA regional cooperation network, the Central Asia-Caucasus Institute and the Rumsfeld Foundation.
More than 160 speakers and hundreds of participants from more than 25 countries and 150 companies from around the world have participated in the Forum since its foundation in 2014. The Forum provides a unique opportunity to exchange views with influential representatives from various fields, young leaders and leading experts in the CAMCA region and beyond to better understand the processes taking place in the region.
