Bishkek, June 14, 2019. /Kabar/. The Museum of Fine Arts named after Gapar Aitiyev on June 12-16 hosts exhibitions of artists from 25 countries as part of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit in Bishkek.
Almakan Naizabekova, head of the Department of Popularization of Fine Arts and Art, said that a number of cultural and educational events are held in Museum as part of the SCO.
"The Museum hosts exhibitions of artists from different countries within the SCO. In total, more than 300 works are presented. The Chinese side also presented part of its works to the museum. In general, holding exhibitions of works by artists from 25 countries are planned during this time," she said.
"The level and quality of the work is very high. This was appreciated by the guests and people who had time to visit the museum during these days.
