Jeenbekov proposes to Modi to declare 2021 Year of Friendship and Culture of Kyrgyzstan and India

Bishkek, June 14, 2019. / Kabar /. Kyrgyz President Sooronbay Jeenbekov initiated the declaration of 2021 - the Year of Friendship and Culture of Kyrgyzstan and India. President of Kyrgyzstan voiced such initiative during an expanded meeting during the official visit of Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi to the Kyrgyz Republic.
He stressed that Kyrgyzstan is particularly interested in strengthening cultural and humanitarian cooperation with India.
"Within this year, I propose to hold Days of Culture in two countries, and in addition - the Bollywood festival in Kyrgyzstan," the head of state said.
