Bishkek, June 17, 2019. /Kabar/. The Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic held a summer school on the shore of Issyk-Kul Lake on June 13-15, the press service of the ministry reported.
The purpose of the event was to increase the expert capacity of the legal services’ employees of government bodies and the justice system, as well as to improve the quality of draft regulatory legal acts developed by them.
The summer school of rule-making was attended by employees of the legal services of the President's Office, the Parliament and the Government, as well as ministries and departments.
As part of the training the peculiarities of development of draft normative legal acts, legal, anti-corruption, gender and human rights expertise, methods of termination of normative legal acts and the procedure of execution of decisions of the Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic were considered.
The European Union's Rule of Law in the Kyrgyz Republic – 2nd phase Program supported the event.
