Book on Kyrgyz poetry published in Baku in Azerbaijani

Bishkek, June 18, 2019. /Kabar/. The Anthology of young Kyrgyz poetry unique book was published in Baku in Azerbaijani language, the press service of the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Kyrgyzstan reported.
The book begins with an introductory article by Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Kyrgyzstan Hidayat Orujov, which describes the attitude of the two countries, developing thanks to the brotherhood of peoples and historical ties.
The foreword also highlights the importance of literature in cultural cooperation. Orujov draws attention to the fact that it is very difficult to find people in Azerbaijan, who are not familiar with the epic Manas epic and the works of great Chyngyz Aitmatov. In turn, Kyrgyz brothers and sisters study classical and modern literature of Azerbaijan with the same interest.
Javanshir Feyziyev, Deputy of the National Assembly of Azerbaijan, the head of the Anthology of young Kyrgyz poetry project says that the book is the result of joint work of the Azerbaijani Embassy in Kyrgyzstan, personally of prominent writer, Ambassador Hidayat Orujov, Kyrgyz and Azerbaijani poets.
Azamat Jamankulov, the Minister of Culture, Information and Tourism of Kyrgyzstan, expressed heartfelt words to Azerbaijani readers under the title of the publication, adding that he appreciates propaganda of Kyrgyz literature outside the country.
The book consists of works of 35 young Kyrgyz poets on various topics, which have been translated from Russian, Turkish and Kyrgyz into Azerbaijani by 18 Azerbaijan literary scholars.
Talented young writers of Kyrgyzstan, members of the World Union of Young Turkic Writers, consultants, Chief Editors of two Azerbaijani newspapers participated in the preparation of the book.
Presentation of the book is planned in Baku and Bishkek. Anthology will be disseminated to leading libraries, cultural centers and literary organizations of the two countries.
