U.S. to help Uzbek Justice Ministry in implementation of legal reforms in Uzbekistan

AKIPRESS.COM - Justice Minister of Uzbekistan Ruslan Davletov met with newly appointed U.S. Ambassador Daniel Rosenblum on June 17.
During the meeting, Rosenblum expressed his readiness to provide assistance to the Ministry in implementation of legal reforms in Uzbekistan.
They discussed reforms in social and economic sector, registration of NGOs and non-commercial organization, as well as the role of the Justice Ministry in protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens.
The Ministry is open for dialogue and cooperation in all spheres linked to it, Davletov noted.
