More than 53,000 education grants to be funded in Kazakhstan in 2019

AKIPRESS.COM - More than 53,000 grants were allocated for higher education in bachelor degree in 2019, Minister of Education and Science Askhat Aimagambetov said at a press conference, Zakon.kz reports.
"For masters degree, more than 13,000 grants remain as in 2018. 2,312 grants will be funded for PhD candidates, he said.
According to Aimagambetov, the Minister will take measures to inform about grant programs to graduates.
Most grants will be given to technical specialties and social sphere, the Minister added.
