Budget of Kyrgyzstan loses 13.2 billion soms in 2018

Reserves and losses of the budget of Kyrgyzstan amounted to 13.2 billion soms in 2018. The Accounts Chamber presented such data.
At least 1,791.5 billion soms of the sum are refundable. However, only 55 percent - 991.9 million soms -were reimbursed.
About 870 million soms were irrationally used for the year.
