Government of Kyrgyzstan approves draft agreement in physical culture and sports between SCO authorized bodies

AKIPRESS.COM - Government of Kyrgyzstan approved the draft agreement in physical culture and sports between the authorized bodies of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
The agreement is aimed at creation of favorable conditions for development of physical culture and sports, strengthening of cooperation in development of Olympic and non-Olympic sports events, improving the professionalism of athletes and sports officials, encouraging athletes to participate in international sports competitions.
The SCO authorized bodies will cooperate in exchange of information in mass sports, high-performance sports, anti-doping, youth and disabled and women's sports.
The agreement is valid for 5 years and comes into force from the date of its signing.
