National Management Company JSC established in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, June 21, 2019. /Kabar/. The National Management Company OJSC is established, the Government’s press service reported.
Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Mukhammedkalyi Abylgaziev has signed relevant decision.
This decision was made in order to improve the state property management system.
The National Management Company OJSC is established with 100% state participation in the authorized capital stock in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The authorized capital of the National Management Company is determined in the amount of KGS 10 million divided into 100 thousand ordinary registered shares with the nominal value of 100 soms - one share.
The State Property Management Fund under the Kyrgyz was instructed to act as a founder of the National Management Company OJSC and to register OJSC in the judicial bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic.
