Ecology Minister arrives in Aktobe to examine problems after hydrological works

AKIPRESS.COM - Minister of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resourses of Kazakhstan Magzum Mirzagaliyev arrived in Aktobe to study problems that emerged after hydrological works on river opening, the Ministry said.
President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on June 23 ordered the Minister to "tackle the problem immediately" in Aktobe.
In his order, the head of state noted a "troubled ecological situation" occurred there.
The Ministry of Ecology has started works to study the situation by attracting environmentalists and relevant experts.
