Turkey to build military institute in Kyrgyzstan

AKIPRESS.COM - Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan Kubanychbek Omuraliyev met with Turkish Minister of National Defense Hulusi Akar to discuss military-defense cooperation, the Kyrgyz embassy said.
Omurliyev thanked Turkish side for military technical support to Kyrgyzstan and training of military staff in Turkish institutions.
Kyrgyzstan and Turkey agreed earlier on construction of a military institute in the field of training highly qualified officer corps for the Armed Forces of Kyrgyzstan.
Ambassador Omuraliyev said the Kyrgyz side allotted a land plot for the construction of this military institute and created all the conditions for sooner construction of the object by Turkish side.
Turkish Minister of National Defense Hulusi Akar confirmed the intentions to implement this project.
