Uzbekistan to re-open its pavilion in Moscow's VDNKh

AKIPRESS.COM - Moscow and Tashkent city halls signed a contract on lease of a pavilion at the exhibition complex Vystavka Dostizheniy Narodnogo Khozyaystva (VDNKh) on June 24 in Moscow.
Uzbekistan's pavilion in VDNKh used to be one of the most beautiful ones there. After years, an opportunity opened up to use the pavilion to showcase tourism potential of Uzbekistan, Tashkent mayor's office said.
In May 2019, a corresponding intergovernmental agreement was signed to create a legal basis for bilateral negotiations in the framework of the first meeting of the Joint Commission at the level of the heads of government of Uzbekistan and Russia.
VDNKh (Exhibition of Achievements of National Economy) is a permanent general purpose trade show and amusement park in Moscow, Russia. Between 1991 and 2014 it was also called the All-Russia Exhibition Center. It is a state joint-stock company.
