Bishkek, June 26, 2019. /Kabar/. The forms of the Unified Tax Return and the procedures for filling in and submitting them are brought in line with the previously adopted Laws by Decrees of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, the press service of the State Tax Service reported.
Thus, scholarships paid by non-profit organizations of the Kyrgyz Republic are income that is not subject to income tax. Earlier, only scholarships paid to students of educational institutions were not subject to income tax.
Besides, the social deduction for education for taxpayers containing up to three dependents is set at no more than 10 % of the taxpayer's tax base, excluding deductions for education, and for those containing three or more dependents - no more than 25 %. Previously, the amount of the social deduction was not more than 10 per cent regardless of the number of dependents.
