Arys citizens protest in Shymkent, try to strom Nur Otan office

AKIPRESS.COM - Dozens of Arys residents reached the center of Shymkent from the evacuation point. They hold posters in their hands and voiced the demands for the government, Vlast.kz reports. People say they do not want to return to Arys as they fear for their safety: ammunition exploded several times already. They demand dwelling or compensation for construction of houses in other places in the south of Kazakhstan.
Protesters are dissatisfied with the size of government support.
Protesters tried to storm the office of Nur Otan party.
Arys population makes around 45,000. All people were evacuated after explosions at the ammunition storehouses in the military unit of the town on June 24. Three people died, including two servicemen and one civilian.
It was reported earlier Arys citizens blocked the road in Shymkent.
The criminal probe was launched. Deputy Defense Minister of Kazakhstan Bahyt Kurmanbaev said fire was extinguished on June 26.
