1.5 tons of ashlan-fu dish cooked in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, July 1, 2019. /Kabar/.Celebration of the 150th anniversary of Karakol town was held yesterday, July 1 in Issyk-Kul Oblast.
1.5 tons of ashlan-fu was cooked at the central square named after Chyngyz Aitmatov in celebration Karakol’s anniversary.
Ashlyan-fu-(ashlyamfu)-national Uygur cold soup with noodles made of dough and pieces (most often in the form of straw) of starch. The foothills of Karakol are the most famous place to eat this dish.
