Baku hosts discussions on deepening bilateral Kyrgyz-Azerbaijani co-op

Bishkek, July 3, 2019. /Kabar/. First Deputy Foreign Minister of Kyrgyzstan Nuran Niyazaliyev met with Deputy Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Khalaf Khalafov in Baku on June 1, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
During the meeting, Niyazaliyev congratulated the Azerbaijani side on the 100th anniversary of the establishment of the Azerbaijani diplomatic service.
As part of the talks, the foreign deputy ministers discussed issues related to the deepening of bilateral cooperation in political, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres.
"In particular, the issues of organization of the planned visits at a high level, holding of the III meeting of the Kyrgyz-Azerbaijani Interstate Commission on Economic and Humanitarian Cooperation, as well as issues of state and development of bilateral legal framework were discussed. Special attention was paid to the discussion of issues of mutual support of initiatives put forward by the sides in international forums," the report says.
