Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan agree to bolster cooperation in penitentiary sphere

AKIPRESS.COM - Kyrgyz State Penitentiary Service Chairman Melis Turganbaev and Kazakh Penitentiary Committee Chairman Darhan Kanatbekov held talks in Nur-Sultan today on the sidelines of the 4th meeting of the CIS Penitentiary Services Chiefs. Discussions focused on further ways of cooperation. A memorandum of understanding was signed following the talks.
The aim of the memorandum is expression of intentions to develop and enhance cooperation in penitentiary sphere.
