AKIPRESS.COM - Nigerian Ali Abubakar who was beaten in Bishkek on July 2 died of his injuries at a hospital.
Ali Abubakar was a principal at Cambridge language school.
He has a Kyrgyz wife and 2 daughters.
Eyewitnesses told AKIpress that a Nigerian citizen fell down and hit his head on the asphalt after a local man punched him in the face on July 2 near the TSUM. The man was hospitalized and identified as Ali Abubakar, a principal of a language school in Bishkek, the Cambridge School.
After the incident, Prime Minister Muhamedkaliy Abilgaziyev instructed Interior Minister Kashkar Junushaliyev to find those responsible for beating of a Nigerian citizen in the center Bishkek as soon as possible.
A suspect was detained on July 3.
