AKIPRESS.COM - The Parliament of Kazakhstan went on holiday after conclusion of the 4th session of 6th convocation, Zakon.kz reports. Chairman of the Mazhilis Nurlan Nigmatulin summing up the session reminded that this session was full of important polictical events, including presidential election.
Currently, the Parliament of the country is composed of 34 draft bills, according to him.
Earlier, Prime Minister Askar Mamin addressed the Parliament members with the proposal to prololong the holidays in connection with the situation in the country.
President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev signed the decree on measures to reduce tax load of low-income families and ordered the government to execute a number of urgent measures to resolve the important social problems of the population.
MPs agreed to prolong the work until July 5.
