Ashgabat to host 24th International Conference "Oil and Gas of Turkmenistan"

AKIPRESS.COM - Ashgabat will take place the 24th International Conference "Oil and Gas of Turkmenistan", organized by the State Concern "Turkmennebit" together with the "Turkmen Forum" on October 22-23, orient.tm reports.
This conference is a good platform for the development of cooperation in the oil and gas sector. During the discussions on its fields will be given windowed estimate of Turkmenistan fuel and energy complex, the realization results of such large-scale projects in the field of hydrocarbon processing, as the construction of a gasoline plant from natural gas in Akhal, a visit which will be organized for the forum delegates.
Representatives of foreign companies will discuss current issues of cooperation and investment with the heads of government agencies. In particular, it is planned to consider investment projects on the Turkmen shelf of the Caspian Sea, the gas pipelining of Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India. It is expected to sign a number of contracts and memorandums.
Top managers of such major oil and gas companies as CNPC, Dragon Oil, Eni, NAPECO, Hyundai, Gazprom, Petronas, Shell, Buried Hill, BP, Socar and others are scheduled to participate.
