Successful businesswomen, successful economy: PM

AKIPRESS.COM - Successful businesswomen, successful economy, said Prime Minister Muhamedkaliy Abilgaziyev during the national conference on female entrepreneurship.
In his address, Abilgaziyev said that women in Kyrgyzstan were engaged in shuttle business in the 90s, too.
"Thanks to shuttle business, you raised the economy of the country during the crisis period. Women in Kyrgyzstan are involved in all spheres of entrepreneurship, in big trade centers like Dordoi, Kara-Suu," he said. "You invested in the economy by not staying home," he said.
Statistics show that 90% of small trade is operated by women, Abilgaziyev said and called on to contribute this much to tourism sector too.
