Deputy head of State Information Technology Committee appointed

Maksat Dzhylyshbaev was appointed a Deputy Chairman of the State Committee of Information Technology and Communications. The corresponding decree was signed by the Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Mukhammedkaly Abylgaziev.
Previously, Maksat Dzhylyshbaev was an expert at the Construction, Transport and Communications Department of the Government's Office.
